Our Story

How KGOODNESS came to be

KGOODNESS was born from a personal journey of struggle and healing. Our founder recognized that men often suffer in silence, carrying the weight of societal expectations that discourage vulnerability and emotional expression.

After witnessing friends and family members struggle with depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges without seeking help, the vision became clear: create a platform specifically designed for men, by men who understand the unique barriers we face.

Today, KGOODNESS serves thousands of men across the country, providing support, resources, and a community where strength is redefined as the courage to ask for help.
